Production

Today, the winery can process around 90,000 quintals of grapes, combining traditional techniques with modern tools to ensure a precise production process.


Fermentation

Fermentation takes place in concrete and stainless steel tanks, where each stage is carefully monitored to best preserve the natural characteristics and aromas of the grapes.
Ageing

The wine is aged in Slavonian oak barrels of various sizes, where it matures slowly, developing structure, balance and complexity, until it is bottled.
